Saw your profile on BMB and it was interesting reading your profile and blog. Just wanted to throw a shout to you.
My LEO friends and I have the same advice for anyone who's arrested: "Just shut the fuck up and don't talk!"
If people who are arrested followed this rule, they would be in a much better position. Unfortunately, most people who are really guilty just spill their guts and that's what nails them.
Notwithstanding, thanks for doing a service to the other side of the community. Peace. -M

Well, your right. Speaking to law enforcement WITHOUT a lawyer present is NEVER advisable. However, I have had numerous cases dismissed or severly lessend by cooperating with detectives when I was present while my clients were interviewed.
